Can I go to a school in a different district?

I am moving to Diamond Bar, Califnoria next year. I really wanted to attend Diamond Bar High School (part of the walnut unified school district), but our house is located in the Pomona Unified School District so i would have to attend Diamond Ranch High School, i beleive. I was just wondering if i would be able to go to Diamond Bar High School since we are still paying for taxes in the town of Diamond Bar (where both high schools are located).
